Shipping policy

We offer Australia Wide postage for an additional charge. Shipping prices vary depending on weight and size of your garment. This may be discussed privately depending on your garment. A tracking number will be sent once we have posted your garment. 

We always make sure to express post your garments prior to the hire period. We trust that you have provided us with a safe address that is not at risk of the parcel being stolen or misplaced. 

All returning garments must be express posted or dropped off no later then 7PM Monday for weekend hires or the next day for weekday hires. Failure to return/lodge with Australia Post within the agreed rental period will result in a $20 Late Fee. This will be taken out of your security bond and will then continue by $20 per day until the garment is returned. 

We guarantee pickup in Hewett to Freeling with a notice of 5 business days. For hires within 5 days, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If we are unable to deliver the dress to Hewett or Freeling within this timeframe and you have already paid for it, we will provide a store credit. Please note that refunds will not be issued. You are more than welcome to come to Hewett for pickup or find an alternative method that suits you.
